Mixed Drinks Recipe: Discovering the Pisco Sour

Chilean or Peruvian origins? It remains a hotly contested debate.

The Pisco Sour is an alternative to the whiskey sour. 

1 egg white

Fresh Lime Juice 1 ounce (30 ml)

Pisco 2 ounces (60ml)

Simple Syrup 5 ounces (150ml)

Lime segment

Optional: Dash of Angostura Bitters

Mix your ingredients together first then add your ice.  You want everything to mix together well before adding ice
